This property was previously a palm tree nursery. The entire project was raised above the local flood plain. Howell Building, Inc worked with an architect to build this outstanding two story home including a first floor garage and workshop, screened in entertainment area and second story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and living space.The project used green building techniques including an insulated panel system, efficient AC system and a solar reflective roof.
